What this page handles
This form is the channel of record for everything our legal pages point at: questions about the Terms of Service, legal notices under them, privacy-rights requests about personal information we hold as controller, reports of a suspected security issue or unauthorized access, and general product questions. Routing all of that through one reviewed channel, rather than a published inbox, is deliberate: it is what lets us actually track and answer a request instead of losing it in a shared mailbox.
What we cannot help with
RunDEETS stores your organization’s compliance data inside your organization’s own Microsoft 365 tenant, and we hold no copy of it. That means we cannot read, export, correct, restore, or delete that data, and we cannot grant or revoke anyone’s access to it. Only your own tenant administrator can. If your question is about data your organization stores through RunDEETS, your administrator is both the faster and the only effective first contact. See the Privacy Policy for why.
